**Your new company**
A leading logistics company is looking for a HSC Manager on a permanent basis. This role will be based in Wetherill Park; however, the role will also have responsibility for the companies Coffs harbour, Newcastle, Central Coast, Chullora and Canberra depots.

**Your new role**

The purpose of this role is to proactively lead the strategic delivery of health, safety, risk compliance, training and general injury management duties for Border Express at your nominated sites, to deliver a reduction in injuries, reportable incidents and drive sustainable change. The HSC Manager plays a critical role in driving, managing, mentoring and coaching the activities and outcomes of their stakeholders; delivering safety leadership across their nominated sites, to ensure the company is positioned with Health, Safety and Compliance performance as a leader for people and customers.

Key responsibilities:

- Monitor Multi-Site conformance and compliance.
- Ensure that respective site training matrix is maintained for all staff.
- Support the document management system for sites.
- Promote and administer the Issue Management system that documents, Issues, Improvement Opportunities and Customer Complaints.
- Ensure internal audit program is recorded, conducted and reported on time.
- Prepare for internal and external inspections and audits.
- Review IMS and Security Site inspections
- Receive & review all Incident Reports. Conduct incident investigations and complete ICAM style reports, review hazards and near misses.
- HSEQ Objectives and target reporting.
- Promote Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Manual Handling Equipment - monitor completion of daily checklists and report non-compliance.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum Cert IV WHS and Cert IV Training & Assessment
- Incident investigation training (either internal or external)
- ICAM incident investigation methodology
- Logistics or similar experience preferred
