We are looking to appoint an
**Employee Relations Advisor** on a
**permanent full-time** basis based at our global head office in
**South Brisbane** (close to all public transport and across the road from Messina if you have a sweet tooth and already know the area).
As a member of our Employee Relations team, you'll support our employees and leaders throughout Australia and New Zealand. The team provides operational guidance and advice on delivering employee relations and industrial relations advisory services to the Group.

**At Icon, You Can**
Ideally, you'll have a minimum 5 years experience within a similar role, or from a generalist background but you're looking to specialise in employee relations. This role will see you involved in managing employee-related performance and conduct matters as well as enterprise agreement interpretation.
