**Your new company**

This leading international bank has a strong reputation in the Australian market and a global presence. They focus on corporate and institutional banking for mid-sized companies up to multinational organisations. Due to expansion, they are currently recruiting for a Associate Director to join their high performing team based in their Sydney CBD office.

**Your new role**

As an Associate Director, your job will revolve around looking providing funding to infrastructure projects across the entire infrastructure spectrum with a demonstrable track record in renewable, conventional power, transport, utilities and PPPs in Australia. You will assist in structuring, implementation and execution of new deals, and also portfolio management of existing assets. You will prepare presentations of credit analysis, assisting with due diligence analysis process and running of financial models under the guidance of senior team members.

**What you'll need to succeed**

As the successful applicant you will have experience in a similar role previously. Over Three years Project Finance/Infrastructure sector working experience in Australia local market is highly desirable. You will need to have a strong clients management experience, sound understanding finance documentation, strong financial modelling skill, analytical analysis skill and good knowledge of the Australian market. You will able to working in a strong team environment and meet the deadlines with can do attitude.
