**The Role Recipe**
- Identify and Implement Operational Efficiencies
- Lead Cross-Functional Improvement Projects
- Drive Data-Driven Decision Making
- Standardise Processes and Best Practices
- Support Technology & Systems Optimisation
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement Culture
- Report on Optimisation Outcomes

**Key Ingredients**
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline is essential. Postgraduate qualifications (e.g. MBA) are highly regarded.
- Formal Training or Certification in Process Improvement Methodologies, Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above), Agile, or similar frameworks is highly desirable.
- Experience with ERP, POS, rostering, inventory, and/or CRM platforms used in retail or QSR environments.
