The Digital Manager is responsible for managing the implementation planning and buying process for our clients in digital media.

Working closely with our clients you’ll understand their needs, wants, and objectives, and then determine which digital media channels fit best for specific campaigns.

You’ll have the ability to build close, highly effective relationships with clients, that enhance delivery and commercial success. As well as build positive and productive relationships with colleagues to enhance delivery and commercial success.

Role reports to Head of Investment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and implement digital marketing schedules, that align with all requirements and goals of the client with the willingness to adjust and optimise them based on interpreting the results
- Daily campaign performance monitoring, identifying and implementing new media inventory and data sources to maximise our clients digital budgets according to the campaign KPI
- Provide inputs and insight around campaign design, including requirements for success and optimal use of trading platform to achieve goals.
- Be comfortable communicating with our clients across all aspects of campaign implementation and performance.
- Stay abreast of market developments and be able to articulate and present these as meaningful opportunities for our clients
- Ensure best in class delivery and consistent use of Digital team processes
- Engage in and seek out all offered digital training, working towards Blueprint and Google certifications
- Ensure invoicing and financial management is completed as per the relevant finance process.

**Target Expertise**
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in planning, buying and optimising digital advertising, primarily within Google and Meta/Facebook Ad suites as well as digital publishers.
- Strong knowledge of digital ad tech & operations
- Comfortable working with campaign data to drive insightful reporting and recommendations
- Strong analytical thinking
- Be solution driven and client focused.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
