Melbourne, Australia Labourpower Trade Full time

Labourpower Trade are seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters for various clients across Melbourne. Industries range from Plastic & Steel Packaging through to Food Processing, Metal & Recycling facilities.

Pay rate starting at $45 per hour + OT

**To be considered for this position, you**_**must**_ **have**:

- Pneumatic systems knowledge
- Basic Oxy acetylene gas & MIG/TIG/Stick welding experience
- Forklift licence
- Computer Literacy & Able to read mechanical schematics
- Basic machining skills & a Mechanical Trade Qualification
- **Highly Desired**_
- Working at heights (EWP License) & Confined Space training
- Experience with hydralic systems
- High level of organisational & planning skills
- Mainteneance software systems experience
- First Aid training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Fitter: 3 years (required)
- Recycling Industry: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- EWP Ticket (required)
- Certificate III Engineering (required)
