Our client is an award-winning company located in the heart of
**Southwest Sydney.** This company has a diverse range of businesses across the hospitality industry within the Macarthur region.
The company currently has a Full-time Position on offer to join their team and assist with key functions of the company at their front desk as a
**Corporate Receptionist.**

Responsibilities and duties include (Corporate Receptionist)
**Not limited to**
- Overseeing operation of reception staff
- Leading a team of 6-7 employees in a professional manner
- Ensuring all reception staff always deliver efficient service
- Assisting patrons with any/all enquiries
- Coordinate with board of directors/managers
- Ensuring membership renewal forms are completed accurately and within a certain time frame for a high volume of clients
- Administrative tasks at reception include
- telephone handling, checking IDs of visitors and members, cloaking patrons’ possessions, issuing tickets for shows and events held at the venue.
Essential Requirements
- Previous management experience in a similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Business Administrative, HR or relevant field of work
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management/supervisor role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional presentation/attitude
- Ability to run a small team
