We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy well-established fast-paced specialist Cardiology practice in Campbelltown.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer Service including welcoming patients, collecting & entering patient details, answering telephone calls & enquiries, scheduling appointments, managing invoicing and receipting invoices
- Ad hoc administrative duties and supporting the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations
- Opening & closing the practice
- Fostering professional working relationship with team members, patients and medical staff
- Maintaining compliance with organisational policy and procedure

**Experience & Attributes**
- Previous medical receptionist experience essential
- Ability to work well under pressure & multitask.
- Mature, diligent, and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Knowledge of Shexie is an advantage.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Detail-orientated.
- Initiative, ambition & ownership.
- High standard of presentation.
