We are seeking a casual medical receptionist to join our fun loving team at our Macarthur Square location as well as multiple western Sydney locations. We are looking for individuals who are determined, passionate and willing to continuously learn and grow with us.

**Preferred requirements**:

- Available minimum 10 hours a week up to 38 hours
- Minimum of one years experience as a receptionist in a medical setting preferred.
- Experience using Best Practice software or similar
- Understanding of Australian Healthcare system
- Current CPR certificate or willing to obtain one
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work autonomously
- Available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays or open availability
- Passionate about primary healthcare
- Friendly and works well as part of a team
- Caring and attentive attitude towards fellow staff, patients and doctors
- Strong work ethic with willingness to learn
- Highly organised & able to multitask
- Reliable and works well under pressure
- Willingness to assist in tasks beyond job description
- Open availability during the weekdays
- Potential opportunity for leadership position

**Job tasks and responsibilities include**:

- As the first point of contact to patients, greeting patients upon arrival and accurately processing relevant paperwork is crucial.
- Managing a large volume of calls which requires exceptional phone manner and demonstrated ability to seamlessly handle competing inquiries.
- Booking appointments and providing relevant procedural information
- Billing and receipting patient accounts
- Document scanning
- Reconciling daily banking
- Cold chain management

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
