**Junior Administration Assistant/Receptionist**

Campbelltown Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre is looking for an enthusiastic junior admin assistant/receptionist who is a hard-working individual with a positive attitude to join our team on a casual basis including Saturday mornings.

This is a challenging role as you will be the face of the practice greeting and assisting all patients, as well as working in a busy setting assisting therapists and administration staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reception: Customer service including welcoming patients, collecting & updating patient details, answering telephone calls.
- Processing payments.
- Assisting physiotherapists and admin staff
- General cleaning of the practice.

**Skills and Experience preferred**
- Ability to multitask
- Must be well spoken and confident.
- Friendly, pleasant telephone manner
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work on Saturday mornings.

**Position Offered**:

**Requirements**:

- Must have excellent communication, both written and verbal skills.
- Flexibility in working hours between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1:30pm Saturdays.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $45,900.00 - $61,550.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
