Our Melbourne based client offers Financial Services Investments services.

They have been at the forefront of funds management and property investment for over the past 25 year and are now seeking a strategic visionary to lead and who can take the reins for the division and take full ownership of the ongoing strategy, operations, leadership, and GROWTH

A newly created role for a professionally qualified and experienced CEO with funds management, property and accountancy experience from a corporate background. As part of the executive management team, you will interact across the business, as well as with external partners and stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who has a very strong background in funds management and property investment

**About You**:

- At least 10-15+ years experience in financial management and risk oversight, including budgeting and forecasting, commercial analysis, financial and risk reporting
- Advanced leadership and communication skills with a track record of enabling change through empowering teams through a growth mindset.
- A problem solver and analytical thinker who can operate strategically yet operate with empathy and empowerment to support people to excel operationally.
- Bachelor's degree preferred

**About the Role**:

- Previous experience playing a lead role in agency/service provision growth
- Experience leading an agency of over 50 people
- Proven sales results at the executive level within Data, Incentives; SaaS, Market research, payments or similar markets.
- Strong business development background, with proven success in establishing and expanding client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly polished, professional and consultative selling style and strong business ethic
