**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Head of Development QLD, this role will see you involved in developing a network plan for the business and owning the execution of that plan within your region of QLD. This role will suit someone looking to work in a fast paced, engaging and passionate team.

At GYG, we are passionate about reinventing fast food, and we are growing rapidly. To ensure that the business can deliver on its potential it is imperative that we source quality triple AAA sites, in the right locations and at the right lease terms.

About you:
You will be passionate about retail property, energetic and hungry to succeed. You show a natural confidence in dealing with people at all professional levels and are comfortable knocking on doors to drive opportunity. You will have an entrepreneurial approach to dealing with challenges, focused on finding solutions with the ability to work autonomously.

About the role:

- Work with the QLD Development team to develop the business network plan.
- Own the delivery of the network plan in your region, ensuring the pipeline is robust enough to deliver on openings projections.
- Manage the lease negotiation, internal stakeholder sign-off and lease execution process for your sites.
- Liaise with all internal stakeholders to ensure that the required information is available to all to open the site successfully.

To be successful in this role, you should have/be:

- Excellent relationship building skills, internally and externally
- Concluding your Bachelors degree in Property Economics or similar property degree
- Confident negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills to ensure effective site selection
- Self-motivated, high level of initiative and drive and a strong work ethic.
