**Graduate Planner / Planner**
RPS has an outstanding opportunity available within our Brisbane office for a Graduate Planner or Planner to join our busy team on a permanent full-time basis. We are looking for a graduate who has recently completed their studies or a planner with a year or two of experience.
We are in search of someone looking to challenge themselves to find solutions and work collaboratively within a diverse team working on projects throughout South East Queensland. We are involved in a wide variety of planning projects and you would be working across renewables, master planned communities, industrial, retirement, infill, high rise and entertainment projects.
Depending on the skill and experience level of the successful applicant, this role will also have a focus on assisting the Principal and Senior Planners with the day-to-day running of planning project work, including but not limited to:
- Conducting site investigations
- Liaising with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities regarding development and planning issues
- Preparing due diligence reports and advice regarding the development of potential sites.
You will be based within our Brisbane Place and Development Team, a multi-disciplinary team which includes town planning, landscape architecture, survey/mapping and urban design. The RPS Brisbane planning team is the largest within RPS nationally and undertakes diverse and complex work for a range of public and private clients across Queensland and further afield.

**You will have**:
- Tertiary qualifications in urban/town planning
- Enthusiasm for learning new things and being part of a team
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
