About the role

ZArchitects', a renowned architectural firm in Fortitude Valley, Queensland, is seeking a talented Architectural Graduate to join their dynamic team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative, sustainable projects that shape the built environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting senior architects in all stages of the design process, from conceptualisation to construction documentation
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop design solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives
  • Conducting research, analysis, and site investigations to inform the design process
  • Preparing and presenting design proposals, sketches, and visualisations to clients and stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development of BIM models and technical drawings
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations
  • Providing support to the project team throughout the construction phase

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Strong design skills, with the ability to create conceptual and detailed designs
  • Proficiency in using CAD software, Revit, as well as 3D modelling and visualisation tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for the built environment
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
