Working under the direction of the Queensland Stream Lead (Economics) and the Director - Strategy and Investment (Economics), the Graduate Consultant / Economist will be responsible for completing discrete economic research and analytical tasks and outputs.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will hold a formal qualification in economics, commerce/finance or a related property discipline, as well as:

- Demonstrated practical experience undertaking data analysis and research in a commercial environment.
- Strong numeracy skills, with experience in data analysis, quantitative research and strategic analysis favourable but not essential.
- Capacity to quickly learn and become familiar with a range of economic analysis techniques, including input-output, gross regional product, net present value and other relevant methodologies.
- Personal time management skills, delivering required outputs and tasks within time and budget constraints under the guidance of senior Economics staff; and
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
