Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
First Ad and CPR qualifications will be well regarded

We are seeking Support Workers for flexible hours: full-time, part-time, contract or casual. This is a great job for caring people. We can offer you flexible hours on a roster system.

**COMPANY PROFILE**

Our company focuses on providing individuals with personalized care they require in order to thrive. We have a combined experience of 15 years in disability support and nursing, thus ensuring our approach is well informed. We also work hand in hand with multiple agencies so that our client’s needs and requirements are met and to ensure our clients experience a quality life under our care.

**THE ROLE**

**Duties will include**:

- High Personal care including showering toileting, dressing and more
- Administering medications
- Assisting our clients to work towards their goals
- Provide Community Access including doctors appointments, grocery shopping and recreational activities
- Some basic household duties
- assistance with meal preparation

**KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- LIVING IN AUSTRALIA (The jobs are in Sydney)
- Experience will be well regarded
- Ability to obtain a blue card
- Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- First Ad and CPR qualifications will be well regarded
- Be flexible to adapt to different situations
- Willing to learn and follow instructions.
- COVID Vaccinations required
- Be calm, confident and a good listener
- Providing personal care with dignity and sensitivity.
- Your own smartphone
