Servicing nationwide projects, we have branch facilities located in NSW, WA & QLD; with our head office based in Teneriffe, Brisbane.

**About the Role**

Due to strong growth, and a robust pipeline of opportunities, M2P Engineering is looking for experienced SMP Supervisors to join our projects team, working across a range of SMP based projects in the minerals handling, water treatment, waster water treatment and marine sectors. Working with the Operations Manager, you will be required to manage teams of trades and work safely and cohesively towards meeting all required project deadlines.

**About You**

To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience in the following areas:

- Trade qualified
- Be able to work with mínimal supervision and possess a high degree of autonomy.
- Good knowledge of quality systems, policies and procedures (as well as relevant Australian standards)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to liaise with internal and external contacts at all levels.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, complex problem solving and work in high-pressure situations.
- Have excellent computer literacy including excel and quality reporting
- Be motivated and focused on supporting internal clients
- Have the ability to achieve tight deadlines and think outside the box to achieve business requirements
- Have great attention to detail
- Be autonomous, a natural problem solver who has the ability to think a few steps ahead through the process.
- Knowledge in Engineering and Construction is preferable
