The Role

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our dynamic Projects/Installation Department. This role offers the opportunity to work across Brendale, Hemmant, Carole Park, Yatala & Nerang. Delivering high-quality installation and commissioning work on a wide variety of mechanical systems.

What You?ll Be Doing:

  • Perform site-based mechanical, structural and piping installations (SMP)
  • Work with structural steel and mechanical/materials handling equipment
  • Collaborate and work with multidisciplinary trade based mechanical engineering teams as well as Site Supervisors and Project Managers
  • Interact and troubleshoot installation projects predominantly in brown fields work environments
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication specs
  • Follow site-specific and ENAP safety procedures, including SWMS and JSA development

What You?ll Need

  • Certificate III in Engineering ? Fitting
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to changing site conditions
  • Proven experience in structural or heavy industry maintenance and installation
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and time management
  • Current Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platform and Forklift ticket
  • Construction White Card
