We’re looking for a **reliable, organised, and customer-focused Administration Assistant** to join our growing business with the option to take on more hours through the storm season. You’ll be the friendly voice and face of Storm Call, ensuring our customers are kept up to date with all aspects of their work.

**What you’ll do**:

- Respond to incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Manage job files, documentation and insurance paperwork
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, clients, and trades
- Assist with data entry and the preparation of reports
- Monitor job progress and provide customers with timeline updates
- Provide general administrative support to the project management team
