**ABOUT THE ROLE**
AATM is looking for an innovative, forward-thinking, proactive, flexible and highly personable Administration Assistant to join our Payroll Team. For someone who has a yearning to learn, be part of a team and is truly committed to providing exceptional support to people - this could be the job for you.
This role provides you the opportunity to work in a family-owned, values-driven business who has strong employee tenure. You will be supported and guided to ensure you are a successful member of the business.
**To be considered for this role you must have**:
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to self-manage in a busy environment
- Reliable and positive
**Skills and Experience**
- Practical experience in an administrative role as part of a Payroll or Finance Team
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- MYOB experience preferred but not essential
