What your day will look like....
Your day as Manager of Engagement at Darling Downs Health will be dynamic and impactful. You'll lead by example, championing organizational values while supervising the Consumer Feedback Manager and ensuring timely, high-quality responses to correspondence from the Office of the Health Ombudsman, the Health Minister's Office, and local MPs. You'll provide leadership to the Consumer Liaison team, guide clinicians in handling patient feedback, and oversee initiatives like the Open Disclosure program and Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs). Balancing strategic governance, performance monitoring, and collaborative projects, you'll play a critical role in driving patient safety, quality care, and service excellence across the health service.

Dignity - you treat others with respect, display reasonableness and take pride in what you do.
Innovation - you embrace change and strive to know more, learn more and do better.
Courage - you respectfully question for clarity and have the strength and confidence to Speak Up.
