**The opportunity**
Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking and experienced Account Manager to continue the growth of our business and brand in the Blacktown Office.

We are looking for a Recruiter looking to take the next step or an experienced Account Manager.

This role will focus on current clients and identify, build and maintain key client relationships to increase market presence and help achieve financial growth.
- Manage a portfolio of current loyal clients.
- Identify key players and new business opportunities.
- Ability to 'bounce' and be flexible in your decision making.
- Develop sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.

**What do you need?**
This role requires a person who thinks outside the square and has entrepreneurial flair.
- Proven experience in a Recruitment/Account Manager role, ideally in industrial/blue collar recruitment
- Persistence, perseverance and positivity to achieve the desired outcome
- Motivated, autonomous and results driven
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders
