This major construction project requires a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join their team. The job is located in Western Sydney and offers working from home flexibility.

**Your new role**

In your new position, you will provide advice, information and guidance on procurement related matters across the organisation to support good practice in procurement. You will participate in negotiations, market and industry analysis, sourcing activities, contracting and implementation. You will liaise with stakeholders to validate business needs, review vendors/suppliers and prepare tender documents.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A good knowledge of the procurement, sourcing and purchase order process
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experienced in an ERP system (preferably WorkDay and WorkDay Strategic Sourcing)
- Immediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
