**About the Role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, collaborative and dynamic expert to take on a newly created systems trainer role:
- Design and deliver tailored training programs for CiAnywhere, Microsoft 365, and other systems.
- Create engaging learning materials - from quick guides to eLearning modules.
- Support onboarding and induction with system training components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to build digital capability.
- Provide expert advice on digital adoption and identify opportunities for improvement.
**About you**
You’re a skilled facilitator who makes technology approachable. You’re confident working with diverse audiences and have extensive experience delivering training in complex environments. You understand adult learning principles, instructional design, and change management. You’re proficient in Microsoft 365 and business systems and ideally have experience with TechnologyOne.
You hold a Diploma in Vocational Training and Assessment (or related field) and have a strong commitment to continuous improvement and customer service.
Besides demonstrated experience, you’ll need to have an open and collaborative mindset and a positive approach.
**Salary**: Starting from $111,671 plus super as per the City of Cockburn Industrial Agreement 2025, Level 7, based on qualifications and experience.
