**Job Description**:
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring, facilitating and overseeing the efficient functionality of multiple offices in WA. Reporting in to the Group Manager - Executive Services you will liaise with key stakeholders, manage workplace relationships and establish a strong rapport with all TSA team members, contractors and visitors on site.

More about the role itself:

- You will be responsible for general secretarial and administrative duties - mail, managing phone calls, room bookings, office presentation and policies
- Manage visitor experience and ensuring all guests are welcomed into TSA
- Event management, from idea, design to delivery
- Create social content to keep all TSA employees up to date with events and updates
- Maintaining the presentation of the office environment, and escalating or rectifying any issues
- Support the induction of new team members, ensuring equipment is prepared for collection
- Control and maintain budgets for Reward and Recognition incentives
- And much more
