**About The Role**:
This role involves providing administrative and operational support to the Recruitment Events team in organising and implementing the University’s recruitment events strategy. The person in this position will assist the Recruitment Events Manager and wider team in executing high-quality recruitment events that promote Curtin as the university of choice for prospective students and enhance the University’s reputation. They will support all event formats including face-to-face and virtual experiences targeted at the University’s key future student markets.

Additionally, the responsibilities include coordinating and delivering recruitment events, managing venue bookings, logistics, and operations. It also involves ensuring the safety and presentation of the venue/space used for events, including submitting cleaning and maintenance requests and requesting venue-tech support when needed. The incumbent will also maintain effective working relationships with suppliers/contractors, both internal and external to the University, and book their services as required. They will be expected to respond to inquiries and requests in a professional manner, following the work area's rules, regulations, and processes.
