**Who we're looking for**:
Multiplex prioritises social procurement as it allows our business to be a vehicle for change. Through social procurement initiatives we look at diversifying our supply chain and providing opportunities in the construction industry with a priority for under-represented groups.
The Social Procurement Coordinator is responsible for working with and supporting relationships with our clients, the Government, and other external stakeholders. Coordinating 2 broad areas including the Social Procurement Framework and Major Project Skills Guarantee, the Social Procurement Coordinator is also responsible for implementing new initiatives, requirements, and work practices to ensure Multiplex achieves on the social impact related Key Result Areas.
- Bachelor's degree qualification in relevant discipline.
- Understanding of the Local Jobs First Policy and Victorian Sustainable and Social Procurement Framework
- Ability to communicate effectively, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the internal and external business environment.
- Strong data analytical skills with experience in reporting data and figures.
- Ability to work proactively as part of a team to develop solutions and progress initiatives.
- Strong personal organisation, time management skills and attention to detail to accurately meet objectives, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
