As a Social Procurement Manager, you'll support your geography to embed social benefit into procurement practices and major project delivery. You'll be a key connector between project teams, social suppliers, and internal stakeholders—driving strategy, partnerships, and tangible outcomes.

**The Opportunity**
- Develop and implement Social and Indigenous Procurement Plans across major projects, identifying opportunities and removing barriers.
- Build and grow relationships with majority-owned Indigenous and social enterprise suppliers within your geography.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with project teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate procurement risks.
- Contribute to Arup’s industry leadership by supporting thought leadership, research, communications, and reporting.

**Is this role right for you?**
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, project delivery, community engagement, or social value initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate complex or ambiguous environments.
- Willingness to learn or knowledge of Indigenous procurement practices, commercial processes, and relevant legislation.
- A commitment to equity, sustainability, and advancing meaningful outcomes for Indigenous communities.
