As a Social Procurement Manager, you'll support your geography to embed social benefit into procurement practices and major project delivery.
You'll be a key connector between project teams, social suppliers, and internal stakeholders—driving strategy, partnerships, and tangible outcomes.
The Opportunity Develop and implement Social and Indigenous Procurement Plans across major projects, identifying opportunities and removing barriers.
Build and grow relationships with majority-owned Indigenous and social enterprise suppliers within your geography.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with project teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate procurement risks.
Upskill staff and lead initiatives that promote awareness and application of social procurement practices.
Contribute to Arup's industry leadership by supporting thought leadership, research, communications, and reporting.

Is this role right for you?Demonstrated experience in procurement, project delivery, community engagement, or social value initiatives.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate complex or ambiguous environments.
Willingness to learn or knowledge of Indigenous procurement practices, commercial processes, and relevant legislation.
A commitment to equity, sustainability, and advancing meaningful outcomes for Indigenous communities.
