Electric Bike Rider and Customer Service

**Electric Bike Rider requirements**:

- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Hold a valid learner permit or driver's licence
- No pre-existing injuries (such as knee or back problems)

**Delivery responsibilities**:

- Delivering pizzas and other products to customers.
- Providing quality customer service at the door.
- Dealing with customer concerns.
- Riding safely at all times.
- Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

**Customer Service responsibilities**:

- Meet & greet customers on the phone and in person.
- Dealing with customer concerns.
- Upselling.
- Processing payments: cash and EFTPOS.

**Additional responsibilities (if required)**:

- Pizza Maker responsibilities: Preparing a variety of pizzas and other food items.
- Assisting with food preparation.
- General cleaning duties
