We're on the lookout for a passionate Bike Fitter to join our team at Ciclo Melbourne.

At Ciclo, we're searching for a skilled Bike Fitter to join our growing brand. Whether you're a dedicated bike fitting specialist or a qualified Physiotherapist with bike fitting experience, we want to hear from you. You'll be conducting both standard 1-hour bike fits and comprehensive 2-hour tailored bike fits that combine biomechanical assessment with functional analysis to optimise performance and comfort for riders of all levels.

You'll be working in our modern 3-level warehouse facility in Richmond, with our bike fitting studio located on the ground floor alongside our welcoming dining table waiting area, coffee bar and reception. Our setup includes treatment rooms upstairs and a fully equipped 80sqm gym in the basement, allowing for a truly comprehensive approach to cyclist care.

About Ciclo

At Ciclo, we're not just fitting bikes, we're shaping and improving how Melbourne rides. We combine Precision Bike Fits, Cycling Physiotherapy, Strength Training and Programming to provide a one-stop destination for cyclists. More than a service, we're creating a space where the cycling community feels supported and looked after, from new riders to advanced riders. We also offer a free community ride every Thursday morning with coffee afterwards from our clinic in Richmond.

Your Role

We're looking for someone who's not afraid to get hands-on and passionate about the art and science of bike fitting. As part of our team, you'll:

• Conduct precise bike fits that elevate both performance and comfort, helping riders find their sweet spot
• Perform biomechanical assessments and functional movement analysis during fitting sessions
• Build and manage your own client base within the team
• Make new referrals and develop referral partnerships to build your caseload and grow the business
• Lead the charge in building a welcoming community for cyclists
• Collaborate with our innovative team of healthcare professionals, from physiotherapists to strength coaches and dietitians, all committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible for cyclists
• Help shape the future of Ciclo's cycling clubs and events, fostering connections that stretch beyond the clinic walls

• Is currently active in the Melbourne cycling scene and can help build contacts
• Has proven experience in bike fitting, with a deep understanding of biomechanics and cycling performance
• Understands the unique challenges and needs that cyclists face across all disciplines
• Loves working with all levels of cyclists regardless of their skill sets—from weekend warriors to competitive athletes
• Thrives working within a team environment, using your time effectively and always looking for ways to improve
• Takes on feedback and wants to continuously develop your skills through one-on-one professional development
• Can build and manage a client base independently
• Can build rapport with clients easily and genuinely loves connecting with people
• Bonus:
  Qualified Physiotherapist with bike fitting experience (we're actively seeking this combination as well)

Competitive, Flexible Pay Packages

We're open to full time and part time options. We have lots of individuals wanting Bike Fits at the moment, so we are open to the right schedule for the perfect fit.

Pay Structure:

• Hourly rates will be between $40 and $50 per hour, based on experience, with fortnightly commission targets that are highly achievable and provide commission on top of this base rate

• Subcontractors will receive between 47.5% to 55% with super added on top

We are open to both employees and subcontractors, particularly those with an existing client base and bike fitting experience.
