Expect to join a high-performing team where you are trusted to make a direct impact on our business, our customers and our planet. **What you'll do** As a **Retail Associate **(aka our Front of House superstar), you'll be the face of Zoomo at our Melbourne site and help riders acquire the basic skills they need to get on the road and provide them with quick, efficient support, cultivating positive relationships with Zoomo. When a customer needs assistance, you'll use your mastery of current Zoomo technology to quickly assess their situation and support them with advice or a solution on the spot.
