**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the construction materials industry.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career days, and other recruitment events.
- Utilize social media and other digital platforms to enhance recruitment efforts and employer branding.
- Maintain a current understanding of industry trends, developments, and regulations to ensure compliance and relevance in recruitment practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in using HR software and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Legal right to work in Australia.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $55,879.11 - $126,010.95 per year
Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
