**Job Description**:
Our Liverpool Industrial team is growing, and we are looking for a proven Industrial sale and leasing operator to help support this growth in our South-West Sydney business. The role will focus on selling and leasing Commercial and Industrial property on behalf of both private and institutional owners.

The ideal person will be currently operating in a commercial/industrial agency in the South/ South-West of Sydney. Additionally, an ambitious agent with a current track record of high performance in another patch in Sydney could make a successful transition into this role.

This is a genuine opportunity to join a high-performing team with dominant market share in Australia's industrial heartland.

**The scope of the role will include**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace.
- Analysing the sales potential of properties.
- Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers International.
- Liaise with all internal product lines to ensure information and transfer of opportunities between departments.
- Create, develop and work with Industrial systems, to ensure superior level of property sales expertise.
- Prepare marketing submissions, client progress reports on campaigns & sales agency agreements.

**Qualifications**:

- As previously mentioned, the ideal person will be currently operating in a commercial/industrial Sydney market.
- University Degree Qualified (not essential) & Real Estate License.
- Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role, preferred
- Excellent Communication skills both Written and Oral, ability to converse with all level of staff from senior level management to technical staff.
- Intermediate with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS-Project).
