**About the role:
The Communications Manager is responsible for executing our corporate and internal communications plan, which encompasses Wesfarmers Health’s growing portfolio of businesses.

You’ll partner with business units to develop strategic communications campaigns that leverage our communication channels and tactics to build resonance and connection with our people.

Ultimately, your communications will help connect our people to the Wesfarmers Health strategy and engage them in our transformation.

**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Internal Communications:
- Partner with Wesfarmers Health business units to develop strategic communications campaigns to drive internal alignment
- Manage key communication tactics (e.g. Senior Leadership Team engagement, including conferences, forums and BAU communications)
- Corporate Communications- Provide support for award submissions, speaking engagements, testimonials and case studies, maintaining logs for all activities Support other communications activities, including annual report development, as required.

**What you’ll bring:
- 6+ years’ experience in corporate affairs, communication, public relations or marketing, including experience working with senior leaders
- Bachelor Degree or higher in business/commerce, law, communications, public relations or marketing (desired)
- Considerable experience within diverse, complex organisations, preferably in the health, retail and/or franchised sectors
- Sophisticated understanding of communications and influencing strategies, how they come to life, and how success is measured
- Strategic thinker with experience in executing strategic plans
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders
- Ability to build strong relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders to influence outcomes
- Creative, energetic, ‘can do’ approach
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Exceptional project management, time management and organisational skills.
