**About the role**

It’s an exciting time to be at ahm because we love pushing the boundaries and making health insurance simple and more affordable. As our Communications Manager - Service Experience you will support the broader ahm business objectives to transform our service experiences and interactions, moving towards a digital first self-service experience model and deliver improved experience outcomes while balancing commercial outcomes.

**What will you be doing?**

The position will play a pivotal role in developing a service communications strategy that will eliminate customer friction and drive advocacy. The role will work closely with the service squad to map, optimise and automate key communications journeys.

You will also work closely with the content and brand team members to ensure that all our communications are delivered in line with our brand guidelines and the experience delivered across our interactions are aligned with our brand principles of being simple and easy.

You will also:

- Create and deliver the communications channel strategy for service
- Drive the transformation of key ahm Service Communications journeys, including the more technical elements such as brief writing and supporting on document specs for technical resources
- Help identify process improvements to achieve cost efficiencies across member communications.
- Ensure communication testing and data integrity is maintained by key stakeholders to reduce the likelihood of compliance incidents.
- Manage reporting and post implementation reviews and work with customer analytics team to understand performance and effectiveness of our service communications

You are an experienced Marketing professional with substantial experience in customer centric communications. A strong self starter, you will be energised by engaging with stakeholders and delivering quality outcomes for our members balanced with good commercial outcomes. Project management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage large scale customer comms initiatives and programs of work.
