**Your Next Role**
We are seeking a Legal Secretary / Office Administrator to support the Legal the legal team including assisting with document management, knowledge management, technology, training and development, financial management and supplier management and to provide administration for the Brisbane Office for smooth running of the office during business hours.
- All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
- Files are well managed, and secure, and documents are formatted as required.
- The legal team have the technology and equipment to perform their roles.
- Internal stakeholders are trained on legal team processes and software.
- Legal team quotes and invoices are managed and credit card records maintained.
- Legal team suppliers are managed and their performance recorded.
- General office administration including reception, telephone calls, correspondence, deliveries, pool car management, stationery and equipment, providing first aid, and acting as fire warden.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Enthusiasm with a positive, collaborative, and proactive approach.
- Exceptional client service skills, responsiveness, file management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, collaboratively and professionally within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to work in the Brisbane office during business hours.
- Substantial experience working as a Legal Secretary.
- Experience working as an Office Administrator highly desirable.
