A Legal Secretary position has become available within the defendant Insurance team of a prestigious national Law firm based in Brisbane CBD This highly regarded national Law firm have an impressive reputation and culture, interesting and varied role with the opportunity to grow in your career. You will be supporting a highly awarded and recognised Partner, in a friendly and supportive team.

About the Role

This role will suit a Legal Secretary who is looking for "more" from their next role, where you will be encouraged to show initiative and utilise your strong organisational skills. Responsibilities

  • Creating and editing legal documents
  • Completing billing
  • Client liaison
  • Client reporting
  • Managing correspondence and maintaining files
  • EA/PA responsibilities including extensive meeting coordination
  • Dictaphone typing and diary management
  • And much much more

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years Legal Secretarial experience
  • Experience with billing and a document management system
  • Fast typing speeds and close attention to detail
  • A keen, motivated approach with strong communication skills
