We are looking for a Management Assistant to join our Enterprise Delivery team and provide a high level of administrative support to 3 Executive Manager’s and the broader team. This role will be required to actively problem solve to help the team meet and exceed their business goals.

**This role is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney.**

**What you’ll do**
- Inbox and Diary Management
- Scheduling of internal and external meetings
- Organising regular and recurring meetings
- Prepare monthly credit card reconciliation
- Assist with the recruitment process including position management, job approval requests, interview set up and induction
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Prepare documents for internal and external communications

**What you’ll bring**
- Previous PA or EA experience within a busy corporate environment
- Strong organisational, planning and administration skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Nitro
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prioritisation and time management skills, with ability to work in a deadline and remain calm and rational under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Commitment to and ability to work collaboratively towards team goals
- Works effectively in diverse and flexible teams, valuing different views and experience and maintaining confidentiality
