As an Innovation Manager, you will advocate for and enable innovation across Suncorp. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll design and deliver programs that build capability, enhance culture, and foster creativity across the enterprise. This is a hands-on role where you’ll facilitate workshops, lead exciting initiatives like hackathons, and empower teams to embrace experimentation and customer-centric thinking.

**What You’ll Do**
- Partner with senior leaders to design and implement strategies that drive innovation capability and embed innovative practices across the organisation
- Develop and deliver workshops, learning resources, and coaching programs to equip teams with the tools, language, and processes needed for innovation success
- Champion innovation behaviours, drive cultural change, and develop communications to inspire and engage employees at all levels
- Lead the planning and execution of Suncorp Hackathons, including event logistics, team facilitation, and resource design
- Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver initiatives that drive real-world outcomes, create value for customers, and position Suncorp as an innovation leader

**What You’ll Bring**
- 5+ years in corporate innovation, learning/coaching, customer experience, or strategy
- Strong facilitation and workshop delivery skills
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams to embrace innovation practices
- Deep understanding of Human-Centred Design principles and innovation frameworks
- Experience in managing virtual or in-person events (preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
