As an AI Innovation Manager, you’ll work in shaping and driving Suncorp's AI strategy by empowering teams across the organisation to embrace and innovate with AI. With a focus on human-centered design and continuous improvement, you will ensure that Suncorp remains at the forefront of AI developments and deliver meaningful, future-proof solutions that impact customer and employee experiences.

Are you an accomplished innovation or design thinking professional and thinking about how businesses can continue to stay abreast of AI developments and are you thinking about the profound societal, digital, workforce and technology changes that are coming, and their likely impact on commerce? This is the role that will put you at the forefront of the conversation on innovation and AI.

**What You’ll Do**
- Champion AI usage across teams, advocate for accessible AI tools, and support skill-building initiatives
- Support the CTO & AI function in executing Suncorp's AI roadmap, focusing on customer problem-solving through human-centered design principles
- Work with leaders to bring external insights into Suncorp, driving fresh perspectives and exploring new AI opportunities
- Manage the pipeline of AI innovation ideas, identifying concepts for testing and collaborating with the Innovation team on experiments
- Support the team in delivering AI upskilling sessions

**What You’ll Bring**
- Tertiary degree in a business-related field and a strong foundation in innovation, design thinking, and human-centered design
- Proven expertise in innovation and design facilitation, with a background in agile principles and coaching teams in dynamic environments
- Ability to mentor, build relationships, and drive change with high adaptability and analytical skills
