This role is also involved with coordinating workshops, preparing and compiling reports and spreadsheets, developing PowerPoint presentations and general administration.

**This role is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday. It is open to applicants in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.**

**What you’ll do**
- **Travel & Accommodation**: Arrange travel and lodging for Business Leader and teams.
- **Meeting Arrangements**: Organise recurring meetings (room bookings, video conferencing, catering), attend meetings, and track action items.
- **New Starter Coordination**: Set up security access, workstations, laptops, and telephony for new starters.
- **Corporate Visa Reconciliation**: Reconcile Visa cards monthly, submit reports, and address account queries.
- **People Metrics**: Maintain org charts, OPS data, and directories; update FTE spreadsheets and support recruitment.
- **Team Functions/Conferences**: Organise events (venue, technical requirements, catering) and coordinate travel, bookings, and guest speakers.

**What you’ll bring**
- Prior Management Assistant experience supporting a senior manager within a corporate environment.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Nitro
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prioritisation and time management skills, with ability to work in a deadline environment and remain calm and rational under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Commitment to and ability to work collaboratively towards team goals
- Works effectively in diverse and flexible teams, valuing different views and experience and maintaining confidentiality
