**About your role**

We currently have an opportunity for a motivated and dynamic Supply Coordinator to join our Supply Chain function.

**We have 2 x Full time Permanent Positions available**

Reporting to our Supply Logistics Lead and based in our Melbourne CBD Head Office, this role will effectively and efficiently manage the end-to-end process for purchase orders from placement to final delivery including management of the financial transaction for those orders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Effectively manage the end-to-end order process
- Being the process owner for the purchase order fulfilment process, and acting as focal point for those orders
- Ensure all orders are delivered on time, in full and to specification
- Recording, Updating, and Maintaining Supplier and Product Purchasing Specific Data in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensuring maintenance of all relevant Master Data
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and subsequent payment of suppliers
- Develop and maintain collaborative, cooperative and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Timely and effective communication to relevant parties around purchase order status
- Identify opportunities to improve processes

**Who are we looking for?**
- Understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process
- Experience in order management, customer service and logistics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Tertiary qualified in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field would be advantageous but not essential
- Demonstrated understanding in SAP would be beneficial
- Knowledge of transport, freight forwarding, or shipping would be highly regarded
