Coordinate purchase order administration and supplier communication for Portmans' knitwear, supporting a leading women's fashion brand.

Your role

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining product lines and stock orders
  • Assisting range development
  • Managing the shipping schedule and associated administration
  • Assisting with Critical Path management
  • Range Plan and Purchase Order maintenance
  • Liaising with the Product Manager to manage samples
  • Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
  • Managing samples for online, marketing shoots, and VM handover
  • Supporting the Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysis
  • Providing a key link between department and supplier
About you

Qualifications

  • A degree or passion for Fashion Merchandising or an interest in Buying
  • Experience as a Supply Coordinator or in an administration role within a buying/product team is advantageous but not essential
  • Adobe Illustrator skills advantageous
  • Confidence working with Microsoft products, including Excel
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to build strong relationships with external suppliers and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and exciting environment
