We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Business Manager to join our Total TV team on a 12-month paternity cover.

In this role, you'll lead the Metro TV and Digital Sales Team for Dentsu, IPG Mediabrands and a number of independent Melbourne Media agencies to develop innovative cross-media advertising solutions. You’ll be part of a dynamic, high-performing and energetic sales team that pushes boundaries and leads the way in the media industry

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deliver against group revenue targets
- Provide Sales leadership and direction to the team
- Represent the Nine brand within the market, having a strong and reputable market presence
- Clear understanding of all of Nine’s wider products spanning Broadcast, Publishing and Radio
- Develop and execute on a team revenue plan (quarterly and annual)
- Proactively Identify and pursue business opportunities for generating revenue
- Provide accurate team revenue forecasting
- Other duties as reasonably required

- Provide leadership and direction to the team

- Ensure and encourage a free flow of information across departments
- Coach and develop staff
- Support a workplace culture based on trust

**Qualifications** Essential experience & skills**
- Possess strong commercial acumen
- Negotiating and influencing skills
- Experience leading a team
- Strong communication and exceptional presentation skills
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
- Digital Media Skills
- Ability to work in a faced past environment and adapt and be flexible to change, leading your team through change

**Desirable experience & skills**
- Programmatic Media skills
- Understanding of the Data Landscape
- Exposure to Broadcast and other Media
