We’re now looking for a **Technology Solutions Manager** to lead our technology division - a hands-on, strategic role for someone ready to shape the future of industrial innovation in Australia.

**The Role**

As **Technology Solutions Manager**, you will head up our technology division, responsible for end-to-end management—from vision and strategy to solution delivery and client satisfaction. This role is perfect for a driven leader with a passion for emerging technologies and a deep understanding of the industries we support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive the strategic growth of AAMG’s technology solutions aligned with company values and objectives.
- Own financial performance (P&L) of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Lead and mentor a skilled team of technology professionals, creating a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Oversee the development and deployment of IoT asset tracking, telemetry, and monitoring technologies.
- Champion CRM system effectiveness to increase sales conversions and client engagement.
- Deliver successful project outcomes across timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Maintain quality standards and stay at the forefront of industry innovation.
- Collaborate with internal divisions to offer integrated, client-focused solutions.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, or similar.
- 5+ years in a senior technology leadership role, ideally within mining, energy, or agriculture.
- Strong experience in developing and deploying IoT or remote monitoring solutions.
- Proven commercial acumen with P&L responsibility.
- Outstanding client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing technical teams.
- Solid project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Sharp strategic thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving.
