Our client is a successful and scaling Mining Technology Innovator, delivering real time solutions to their Geological client base around the world.
They have a new requirement for a Senior Product Manager to help unlock and create products to meet their global customer’s needs, delivering usable, feasible and viable solutions.
Your role includes:
- Defining product vision and strategy, which includes market analysis, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Aligning internal stakeholders for value definition, feasibility, usability, viability.
- Driving the identification of customer problems and design solutions for engineering to deliver.
- Conducting regular product discovery with customers and perform post-launch analysis to track impact.
- Communicating and educating the product strategy, and other product updates to existing and new customers.
- Analyse whether product initiatives are performing to pre-defined hypothesis and KPIs.
**Your experience includes**:
- 5+ years in product management or related field.
- Technically strong in engineering that spans the hardware and software divide (SAAS and HAAS).
- Customer Focussed - ability to build strong relationships to understand how our client’s products can add value to their customer’s operations.
- Team Leadership - the ability to build a high performing team with a strong discipline.
- Strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrable experience at solving real-world problems.
- Strong communication skills and desire to help their customers excel in a changing technology landscape, implementing useful, real time technology to help their business.
- Proven ability to work as an effective part of a team.
- Outcome focussed.
- The ability to travel as needed locally and internationally in the future.
