The successful applicant will have a passion for developing people, an enthusiasm for products & services, and have the ability to run remote team's with our head office based on the Sydney's Lower North Shore. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for: - People: staff development / continuous learning / upskilling - Outcomes: overall responsibility for team performance - Forecasting for headcount: working with our internal Recruiter - Retention: fostering supportive culture with engagement strategies - Customer: escalations and working closely with our Accounts Team - Analytics: utilizing report functions to protect the team portfolio **About You** - Experience working in New Employer rehabilitation - Allied Health qualification in either Psychology or Rehab Counselling - Proven track record inleading teams to successful outcomes - Your desire to build and develop your teams - Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships internally/externally - Excellent time management and ability to multi task - "Can do attitude" Exceptional customer service skills
