**Job description**:
The purpose of this role and your unique contribution is to support and oversee the development of IAG brand-compliant collateral that will be used to communicate the IAG employer brand strategy, raise awareness of and interest in IAG in the external talent marketplace and support the successful delivery of culture, inclusion and learning programs internally via coordinated and consistent communications, marketing materials and campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the creation of collateral to support the marketing of IAG’s employer brand strategy to attract new talent to IAG and position IAG as the employer of choice.- Collaborate with IAG’s business units, HR BP teams and the Talent Acquisition team to support them to deliver effective, tailored talent acquisition marketing campaigns within the approved employer brand strategy.- Work with the Culture & Leadership team on the branding of diversity initiatives, and culture and learning programs.- Approve the content and design of advertising material relating to IAG’s employer brand campaigns across paid and owned channels (including the IAG website, careers’ website and LinkedIn, and other relevant advertising channels) - working closely with stakeholders across the business including Corporate Affairs, and People & Culture and agencies.-
- Manage design agencies to ensure consistent, quality outputs, service delivery and commercial performance. Manage all contract negotiations management of other 3rd parties and all external suppliers, excluding advertising agencies.- Be aware of and comply with the Group Delegations & Authorities Policy.
**Skills & Experience**- A strong understanding of employer branding, and the power of a compelling employee value proposition, with a track record of building beautiful and engaging marketing content.- Creativity, integrated marketing and project management skills.- Ability to influence and project manage multiple stakeholders, with a track record of success working on a team to drive project completion.- Experience in marketing, campaign management and social media advertising.- You are a natural collaborator, and know how to drive teamwork across functions and geographies.- Passionate about people and curious about workplace culture, diversity and the employee experience. Your communications connect people to the corporate brand.- Ability to build cross-functional relationships with others in HR and Corporate Affairs.- Self-starter and proactive leader with a positive attitude. You get the job done.- Experience with effective management of budgets and resources.- Key to your success will be your ability to educate internal audiences on best practice.
