**Job Description**:
We are looking for a team member with a strong understanding of the relevant performance metrics: website traffic and conversion, bounce rate, audience segmentation and engagement, funnel conversion and overall ROI so that you can drive the high level business objectives of improved client experience and increased retention. You will be required to build objective reporting structures to be shared with our CMO, Executive Team and Board.

Key areas that this role will focus on is optimising the performance of:

- SEM
- SEO
- Organic and paid social
- Website
- eMail segmentation and communications
- Retargetting

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in marketing, digital technology or similar

EXPERIENCE AND KEY ATTRIBUTES:

- Must have experience with developing and executing strategy within a medium to large organisation
- Demonstrated experience in improving and driving performance
- Demonstrated ability in measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment
- Must have a willingness to be hands on
- The ultimate team player with extensive experience working in a team environment
- Experience providing briefs / delivering feedback to content team
- Adept at mentoring / coaching members of the team
- Background working in a client-based role and demonstrated understanding of the client they are targeting
- Open to agency or in house
- Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management
